After two to three years as associates, consultants may be promoted to managers. Managers are in charge of the execution of an entire engagement and remain in direct contact with Partners. As such, they must design tailored solutions for clients, organize and monitor teamwork, and ensure that all project elements are implemented properly and in a timely manner.
