Once you have applied on line, we will contact you if we are interested in taking your application further.

Our recruiting process consists of four interviews of approximately one hour, with two of our consultants at each meeting. Each interview is equally important and results in a yes/no decision. Generally, the first meeting is an introduction and a chance for us to get to know each other while we gain an understanding of what the candidate's looking for. The second interview assesses the technical skills of the candidate and is based on practical financial case studies. The third interview usually focuses on the personality of the candidate in order to gauge how they would fit in with our team culture. The fourth interview is more general in nature and can review any of the previously discussed topics.

Some tips for your interviews:

Be informed - We expect candidates to have sufficient knowledge of our firm and its business.
Be confident - Even if our recruiting process is highly selective and challenging, it is fair. If you believe you are the right candidate for us, we want to meet you.
Be yourself - Honesty is one of our key values. Be open and forthright about yourself.
Know who you are - Knowing your strengths and having clear goals for your career is essential for all of us.
