Our recruiting process consists of four interviews of approximately one hour, with two of our consultants at each meeting. Each interview is equally important and results in a yes/no decision. Generally, the first meeting is an introduction and a chance for us to get to know each other while we gain an understanding of what the candidate's looking for. The second interview assesses the technical skills of the candidate and is based on practical financial case studies. The third interview usually focuses on the personality of the candidate in order to gauge how they would fit in with our team culture. The fourth interview is more general in nature and can review any of the previously discussed topics.
